High Reach Forklift Operator – Freezer Warehouse ($16.50/hr | Plant City, FL)
Location: Police Center Drive, Plant City, FL 33566
Pay: Up to $16.50/hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – Finish (typically 3–4 PM)
Overtime: 5–10 hours/week as needed
About the Role:
We’re hiring experienced High Reach Forklift Operators to join a cold storage warehouse in Plant City, FL. This is a hands-on role operating Raymond Reach and Crown RC forklifts in a freezer environment (down to 0°F).
You’ll be responsible for stacking, retrieving, and organizing pallets while maintaining safety, accuracy, and teamwork.
Job Responsibilities:
Operate Raymond Reach and Crown RC forklifts
Move, stack, and organize pallets and materials
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
Accurately document inventory movement
Follow all warehouse and safety guidelines
Requirements:
At least 6 months of experience operating Raymond Reach or Crown RC forklifts
Ability to lift 50–80 lbs (team lifting available)
Comfortable working in a freezer environment (protective gear provided)
Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
Must be available for same-day, in-person interviews and equipment testing
